Botwars Ascendance Airdrop – Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Botwars Ascendance Airdrop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Airdrop Pool & Token Allocation
1.1. The total airdrop campaign pool is set at $100,000 USD worth of BW Tokens at an estimated launch price of $0.02 per token.
1.2. This means 5,000,000 BW Tokens will be allocated for the airdrop campaign.
1.3. The total airdrop pool will be divided proportionally among all participants based on the total number of shares issued.
1.4. Example: If 100,000 shares are issued, the 5,000,000 BW Tokens will be distributed based on each participant’s earned shares.
2. How to Earn Airdrop Shares
2.1. Participants earn shares as follows:
- +2 shares for completing the airdrop sign-up (name, email, wallet authentication).
- +2 shares for joining the official Discord channel.
- +2 shares for joining the official Telegram channel.
- +2 shares for each successful referral (when the referred user completes sign-up).
2.2. There is no limit to the number of referral shares a user can earn.
2.3. Users must remain in the social channels (Discord & Telegram) for the duration of the campaign to retain their earned social channel shares. If a participant leaves, those shares may be removed.
3. Wallet Authentication & Eligibility
3.1. To participate, users must authenticate their EVM wallet address using one of the following providers:
- Trust Wallet
- MetaMask
- Wallet Connect
3.2. The wallet address used for authentication during sign-up will be the only address eligible to receive airdrop tokens.
3.3. Users are responsible for ensuring they use a correct and accessible wallet address.
4. Airdrop Distribution & Timeline
4.1. The airdrop distribution will take place within 14 days of the Token Generation Event (TGE).
4.2. The exact date of the TGE is subject to change. The intended date for TGE is Q3 2025. Any changes to the TGE date or distribution timeline will be communicated via email and our official social channels.
4.3. Any delays or updates regarding TGE and airdrop distribution will be communicated through official Botwars Ascendance channels.
4.4. All future announcements and information regarding the airdrop will be sent via email and/or on our social channels. Participants are encouraged to stay updated through these channels.
4.5 The distribution of the BW token will happen on the SEI Blockchain.
5. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
5.1. Any attempt to abuse the airdrop or referral system (including fake sign-ups, multiple accounts, or automated participation) may result in the removal of shares and disqualification from the campaign.
5.2. The token issuer reserves the right to remove any participant from the airdrop campaign without prior notice or warning if fraudulent activity is suspected.
5.3. Decisions regarding eligibility and removal are at the sole discretion of the Botwars Ascendance team.
6. General Terms
6.1. The airdrop campaign is free to enter and does not require any purchase or payment.
6.2. Botwars Ascendance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the airdrop campaign at any time without prior notice.
